The BridgewaterRaynham Regional School District is hiring various Education Support Professionals (ESP) for the 202425 academic school year. ESPs are hired as district wide employees and are assigned to a classroom upon hire.
General Job Description:
The Education Support Professional supports and carries out instruction designed by general and special educators to meet the individual needs of students with or without disabilities in a calm and nonreactionary manner. The Education Support Professional is directly involved in assisting the educator to achieve student success. This may include but is not limited to:
ESP responsibilities can be dependent on the type of classroom an employee is assigned to. Certain responsibilities specific to substantially separate classrooms are listed below.

**Please note classroom settings are subject to change and assigned to candidates after the interview process. Preferences on classroom settings will be taken into consideration during initial screenings. ESPs can be reassigned during the academic school year based on district needs at any point.
