The Opportunity:

Join the Sales Lead as the dedicated New Business Development Manager drive new revenue from untapped prospects as well as existing account relationships.

Whilst primarily a new business focussed role you will have the opportunity to scope out US clients and leverage these relationships to open doors in the UK market. This is all about using what you have and what the clients could have to maximise new revenue realisation!

Youll be a hunter by nature not afraid of longer sales cycles and consultative in your approach. Sector experience is hugely important here!

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Prior experience of selling into large fleet operators.
  • Prior experience of selling SaaS / Software solutions.
  • A focussed and motivated hunter mentality. Confident of opening and closing opportunities.
  • A track record of delivering medium to large sized deals and achieving annual quotas.
  • High energy and passionate in their sales approach.
  • A consultative selling style. This isnt a transactional sell.
  • Experience of working with sales tools such as Salesloft Salesforce and Cognism.
  • The ability to work with wider client teams to strategize on revenue and growth opportunities.

The Package:

  • A base salary up to 70k with a 50k OTE
  • Hybrid working. 1x a week in Milton Keynes
