Job Description

Superintendent Construction Multifamily

We are seeking an energetic lead Superintendent for a multifamily GC in the Greensboro NC area. Candidate must have 7 years experience in GroundUp Multifamily building construction and be willing to travel out of town on projects within 3 hours of Greensboro.

Essential Duties

Oversee daily operation of Multifamily project from trees to keys

Ensure safety compliance and quality regulations are followed

Communicate project progress with clients PM Engineers and owner

Ensure layout materials and trouble site conditions

Manage Crews/Subs to ensure the job is completed on time and on budget

Ability to identify a problem and solve it before it becomes a problem

Constructing billing sheets change orders & purchase orders

Able to mentor other team members

Qualifications

510 years as multifamily Superintendent with strong project management experience

57 years GroundUp MF building experience

Excellent communication skills

Ability to read construction documents

Familiarity with regulatory construction standards

OSHA 30 certification

Selfstarter who wants to work for a family run general contractor
