Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking an Pediatrician to fill an opening with a medical center located in Fort Stewart Hinesville Georgia.
Scheduleof thePediatrician:
- This is for a Fulltime position
- Duty hours shall consist of an 8hour shift between the hours ofMonday through Friday excluding Federal Holidays and Training Holidays as identified by the MTF unless the provider is assigned to be Oncall.
- Shift shall include a nonpaid lunch break of up to 60 minutes as scheduled by the department chief or designated representative.
- Duty hours are subject to change in order to support extended clinic hours and may include weekends. Non oncall hours worked in excess of 40 hours in a Sunday Saturday week must have been appropriately preapproved.
- Oncall will be scheduled by the Department/Clinic Chief or designated representative. Oncall shifts are 12 to 24 hours (based on provider choice)
Responsibilities of thePediatrician:
- Diagnose and treat illnesses medical conditions and injuries.
- Order perform and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Collect record and maintain patients information and histories.
- Prescribe and administer treatments therapies medications vaccinations and other specialized medical care.
- Explain procedures and discuss test results or prescribed treatments with patients and family members.
- Monitor patients conditions and progress.
- Direct coordinate consult with and refer patients to nurses students assistants specialists therapists and other medical staff.
- Advise patients parents and guardians on diets activities hygiene and disease prevention.
- Conduct research and remain up to date on current trends discoveries and developments in the field

Requirements
- Must have a Doctor of Medicine (M.D. or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O. degree
- Must have Pediatrics Residency
- Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatrics
- Must have a current full active and unrestricted license to practice medicine
- Must have BLS / Pediatrics ACLS certification
- Must have at least 12 months of experience within the last 36 months
Benefits
