Job Description
Responsibilities:
Under general supervision responsible for collecting analyzing and reporting data to evaluate medical operations and processes
Develops Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor performance and process variation in key areas of the business
Collaborates with Business Technology for report development testing and issue resolution
Generates reports that aid in tracking business unit efficiency
Provides insights and recommendations for current business operations
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
3 years experience in plasma collection center
Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) related to the plasma industry
