Job Description

About the Role:

The Senior Sales Manager for B2B Sales will lead and drivebusiness growth by managing strategic relationships with key corporate clientsand identifying new business opportunities. This role requires a dynamic andresultsdriven individual who is skilled in B2B sales strategies relationshipmanagement business collaboration and market analysis. You will work closelywith both internal teams and external clients to deliver innovative solutionsthat meet the specific needs of business ensuring the achievement of salestargets and overall company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Leadership & Strategy:
    • Lead and develop a highperforming sales team focused on acquiring and retaining B2B clients.
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities including identifying new markets segments industries and verticals.
    • Monitor competitor activities industry trends and market demands to stay ahead of the competition.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with key decisionmakers in client organizations.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic clients ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
    • Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams (e.g. product marketing and customer service) to tailor solutions.
    • Regularly engage with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify crosssell or upsell opportunities.
  3. Sales Performance & Reporting:
    • Drive the sales process from prospecting to closing ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs.
    • Set and achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets and track progress against goals.
    • Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management to senior leadership.
    • Prepare and deliver regular performance reports analyzing sales data client feedback and other key metrics.
  4. Collaboration & CrossFunctional Teamwork:
    • Work closely with marketing teams to align B2B sales strategies with marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts.
    • Partner with the product team to ensure that offerings align with market need and client expectations.
    • Collaborate with operations customer service and finance departments to ensure smooth contract and delivery.
  5. Market and Product Expertise:
    • Stay updated on industry trends best practices and emerging technologies to enhance product offerings and service delivery.
    • Educate clients about the product or service benefits and features customizing presentations to address specific business needs.
    • Participate in industry events conferences and networking opportunities to promote the companys products and services.
  6. Team Development and Mentorship:
    • Mentor train and develop junior sales staff to foster a highperformance sales culture.
    • Conduct regular oneonone meetings and performance reviews with team members to identify strengths and areas for growth.
    • Encourage team collaboration motivation and the sharing of best practices.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Sales or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 57 years of B2B sales experience with at least 23 years in a leadership or senior sales management role.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets especially in B2B environments.
    • Experience in (QA Testing Project and client collaboration for QA testing Services) is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and build longterm relationships with business clients.
    • Advanced understanding of sales metrics CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and pipeline management.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and salesrelated software.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
