Job Description
Qualified applicants should possess the following:
- Experience designing and delivering high quality explicit English Language Development instruction to support the rapid acquisition of English Proficiency and support access to grade level content.
- Effective use of culturally responsive teaching practices to support students socially emotionally and academically.
- Experience using a variety of assessment methods to make data informed instructional decisions that accelerate student growth.
- Highly effective oral and written communication skills and ability to work with a diverse population of students within a multicultural school / community.
- Strong positive interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with students colleagues and supervisors.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- All applicants must hold a valid Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education educator license as an ELL teacher at the appropriate secondary level or be eligible for a one year waiver.

Predictive Index Cognitive Assessment(if applicable) A 12minute timed assessment measuring your ability to learn and is not an IQ test and there are no good or bad scores.
