Job Description
Voyago is hiring a PartTime Patient Transfer Attendant for our Hanover Location
Your Role
- You are responsible for the safe transport of patients via stretcher/wheelchair to/from a healthcare facility nursing home or private residence
- You can provide outstanding customer service
- You have excellent communication skills
Requirements
Your Profile
You must possess the following qualifications:
- You have a valid First Responder Certification OR Advanced Emergency Medical Care Assistant Certification OR are working towards a Paramedic Diploma (must be finished year 1 OR are a Fire Fighter with Emergency Medical Responder Certification.
- You have a Valid CPR and First Aid (Level C)
- You possess a valid G class driving license.
- You have the ability to lift 250 lbs. using a stretcher or stair chair with partner.
- You can effectively communicate in both verbal and written English.
- You are a safe driver with a clean driving record
- You can obtain a clean criminal record search and/or vulnerable sector screening
- You have up to date immunization records and can provide the following records of: MMR DPT Polio Varicella Hepatitis B COVID19 2 doses) TB Skin Test (Step 1 *must be valid within last 12 month.
- You are comfortable with 12hrs shifts
- You have night and weekend availability
