Job Title: Business Analyst Automation and Digital Transformation
Process Automation & Optimization
- Drive the automation of critical processes to enhance efficiency in Billing and Collection operations.
- Identify and implement solutions to streamline workflows using advanced technologies such as AI and digital transformation tools.
Leadership & Strategic Alignment
- Align individual and team performance metrics with corporate objectives.
- Identify talent development opportunities within the team to foster growth and excellence.
Collaboration & Communication
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including executives to address operational challenges and deliver highimpact projects.
- Own responsibilities and ensure clear communication with stakeholders to deliver commitments on time.
Organizational Enhancements
- Propose and implement structural improvements to optimize organizational efficiency and performance.
- Lead and drive change initiatives to improve process effectiveness and overall business outcomes.
Project Ownership
- Drive projects independently taking full ownership of deliverables and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
- Ensure that all deliverables meet the agreed timelines and quality standards.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in VBA and working knowledge of MySQL/SQL is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP applications and financial software tools.
- Domain Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of Accounting Billing Finance and Economics principles.
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management and Financial Services.
- Process & Risk Management:
- Expertise in Process Improvement and Risk Management methodologies.
- Project Management:
- Proven ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects within budget and timelines while managing stakeholder expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Finance Computer Science or related fields.
- Minimum of 810 years of experience in automation digital transformation or similar roles.
- Proven experience in driving AIdriven projects and applying expertlevel subject matter knowledge.
