The Paid Social Media Lead is responsible for the strategy and optimisation of paid social media advertising across multiple platforms including Meta TikTok and Snapchat. This role ensures that paid media efforts align with business objectives drive brand awareness and contribute to revenue growth. The Paid Social Media Lead will work closely with the Digital Marketing team and key stakeholders to improve performance manage budgets and drive innovation in paid social advertising.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute paid social media strategies in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager to achieve business goals.
Identify opportunities to innovate and enhance paid social media efforts by testing emerging trends technologies and strategies.
Manage daily optimisation of paid social campaigns to improve ROI and minimise ad spend inefficiencies.
Amplify key product releases promotions and category initiatives through targeted paid media campaigns.
Conduct ongoing testing of direct response and branding ad concepts overseeing ideation briefing analysis and reporting.
Maintain compliance with platform policies and industry regulations while ensuring brand consistency in all paid media efforts.
Oversee and maintain reporting tasks ensuring accuracy and clarity in data analysis and communicating insights to relevant stakeholders.
Skills and Experience
Proven experience in managing paid social media campaigns preferably in a retail or eCommerce setting.
Strong understanding of paid social platforms including Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads) TikTok Snapchat and emerging digital channels.
Proficiency in budget management data analysis and performance tracking.
Ability to develop engaging ad creatives and messaging that drive user engagement and conversions.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
Strong analytical skills with experience in Shopify Triple Whale GA4 Meta Business Suite and other relevant digital marketing tools.
A proactive and innovative approach to testing and optimising paid social media strategies.
