Job Description

Work as a Business Development Rep in the Fire Protection Industry:

We are looking for a full time experienced Business Development Sales Rep. As a Business Development Sales Representative you play a crucial role in obtaining new clients and new business while providing customer service to our current customers in your territories. You will be responsible for nurturing relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals and to build rapport with new clients to foster longterm partnerships. Also working closely with the project department and other members of the sales team to coordinate sales efforts share information and support each other in achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
*Be the primary point of contact services and addressing inquiries phone calls and providing information about products and services and offering solutions to their fire protection needs.
*Responsible for obtaining new clients new business while providing customer service to current customers in their territory and handling current sales objectives.
*Review customer maintenance (i.e. price level part pricing contacts systems etc.
*Work with the other Account Managers and Business Developers.
*Keep detailed records of customer interactions sales activities and progress in CRM system (Profit Zoom) to track leads opportunities and sales performance.
*Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless sales and delivery.
*Coordinate live demos of extinguisher training.


Required Qualifications:
*Prior experience in the fire protection industry is a must.
*Able to travel to customer sites throughout your territories.
*Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills via email text message a phone.
*Valid drivers license and excellent driving record.
*Must pass a background check and preemployment drug screen.
*Excellent customer service skills.
*Continuing education as training/ seminars arises
*Must be able to work Monday through Friday 7:20 am 4:20 PM
*Language: Must be able to read write in English
