The Recruiting Intern will play an integral role in supporting the Student Recruiting Team. The intern will have primary responsibility for daytoday administrative tasks such as scheduling expense reports and will also assist with team special projects and event planning.

INTERNSHIP DATES

May 12August 29 2025 (dates can be flexible)

Summer Associate Program dates are May 19July 18 fall oncampus recruiting to follow.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Assist local/regional Recruiter with summer program and on campus recruiting initiatives.

  • Schedule attorney lunches and make corresponding reservations accordingly.

  • Assist with the planning and implementation of training and other programs in local/regional offices.

  • Reserve conference rooms order meals create and distribute email and other invitations; compile and distribute program materials; coordinate program logistics in local/regional offices for video conferencing or live presentations.

  • Help coordinate firmsponsored social and recruiting events.

  • Compile reports as needed.

  • Input/organize application data in applicant tracking system.

  • Create graphics in Canva.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of personnel.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint.

  • Strong work ethic and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Strong organizational skills problem solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to perform in a fastpaced environment juggle multiple assignments and work responsibly under pressure.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of two 2 years of college coursework or completion of bachelors degree preferred.

  • Experience working in a fastpaced environment.
