Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Bucharest office:
Senior Broker
Are you the one to join our Bucharest team as Senior Brokerin the Motor insurance department for Leasing clients and special projects
What can you expect:
Manage client accounts and maintain the entire portfolio according to Marshs standards and procedures
Understand client needs through continuous communication and periodic visits to client premises
Monitor policy expiration and send timely renewal offers to ensure no insurance gaps
Administer and renew insurance policies to keep all assets covered
Verify insurer information on policies to eliminate any errors
Handle and transmit client requests to specialized colleagues or other Marsh offices
Negotiate the best insurance offers considering the clients claims history
Ensure accurate fulfillment of job duties and provisions
Achieve allocated budget and meet annual objectives
Participate in goalsetting and evaluation processes
Complete required courses within communicated deadline
Promptly resolve issues encountered in daily activities
Use working time exclusively for job tasks
Inform direct supervisor of any issues impacting activities or client relationships
Provide accurate and prompt information in field of activity
Adhere to internal procedures regulations code of ethics and legal norms
What we would like you to have:
Higher education degree;
24 years of experience in insurance; brokerage insurance experience would be a plus
Graduate of an Initial Qualification Course/Continuous Training in the field of insurance;
Knowledge of presentation techniques;
General knowledge of computer operation and common programs used in the Marsh office (Outlook MS Word Excel PowerPoint WinZip);
Besides fluent Romanian advanced knowledge of the English language (B2 or upper).
Strong written and oral communication skills;
Good negotiation skills
