Job Description:

Zscaler is seeking a visionary and strategic Director Global Head of Tech Recruiting to lead and shape our global technology hiring strategy. This role will be responsible for building and evolving a worldclass talent acquisition practice ensuring Zscaler continues to attract engage and retain the best technical talent across the technology and cloud security domains.

As the leader of tech recruiting you will partner closely with Global Head of Talent Acquisition senior leadership hiring managers and the People/HR team to develop and implement innovative recruiting processes foster diversity and inclusivity in hiring and help ensure Zscaler remains an employer of choice in the competitive tech talent market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and executing a global strategy for attracting assessing hiring and retaining exceptional technical talent across diverse functions including Engineering Product IT and Cloud Security.
  • Leading mentoring and scaling a highperforming recruiting team focused on delivering results while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Embedding DEI (Diversity Equity and Inclusion) best practices throughout every stage of the recruiting life cycle to meet and exceed Zscalers diversity hiring goals.

  • Partnering with global senior leaders and hiring managers to anticipate future workforce needs address key talent gaps and develop sustainable hiring solutions.

  • Driving an exceptional candidate experience while optimizing recruiting processes through innovation and datadriven insights.

Minimum Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must have 15 years of progressive talent acquisition experience including deep expertise in technical hiring (e.g. software engineering AI/ML IT and cloud security roles).
  • Must have 5 years of managing globally dispersed teams.
  • Proven track record in partnering in workforce planning and leading global recruitment initiatives across diverse regions ideally within a highgrowth technology or cloud security company.
  • Highly organized detailoriented with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Passion for fostering inclusive hiring with tangible success designing and implementing impactful DEI strategies.
  • Highly skilled in stakeholder management with a proven ability to partner with and influence senior executives business leaders and crossfunctional partners.
  • Datadriven problemsolving skills and proficiency in using analytics to optimize recruitment outcomes.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience scaling talent acquisition functions for organizations in cloud security SaaS or other enterprise technology sectors.
  • Proficiency with modern recruiting platforms (e.g. Greenhouse Workday CRM tools) and best practices in leveraging sourcing technologies.
  • Familiarity with global talent landscapes particularly in North America Europe and APAC.
  • Keen interest in staying up to date on the latest Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and trends as it relates to Talent Acquisition.

Zscalers salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors including jobrelated skills experience and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this fulltime position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) benefits.

Base Pay Range: $
