Job Description

Job Opportunity: Financial Controller BV Solutions

Are you an experienced financial leader looking to make a real impact in a dynamic global organization Bureau Veritas is seeking a proactive and handson Financial Controller to drive financial performance within our BV Solutions division as we transition to a verticalized organizational structure.

As the Financial Controller you will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations across 9 legal entities and business units worldwide. Youll work closely with senior leadership to provide strategic financial insights and ensure accurate financial reporting budgeting and compliance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial operations and reporting for a key service line within the Bureau Veritas M&O Division
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting including P&L statements balance sheets and cash flow analysis
  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes collaborating with local finance teams globally
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends risks and opportunities offering strategic recommendations to leadership
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with Bureau Veritas policies and relevant accounting standards
  • Collaborate with global finance teams to align zonelevel activities with the organizations financial strategy
  • Provide financial guidance to operational managers helping drive informed decisionmaking
  • Identify and lead initiatives to improve financial performance and operational efficiency
  • Support special projects to help fuel business growth and development

What You Bring to the Role:

  • CPA or equivalent professional accounting certification
  • 57 years of experience in a senior financial role ideally in a multinational serviceoriented company
  • Strong expertise in financial reporting budgeting and forecasting
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Proficiency in financial software and data analysis tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
  • Fluency in English with French as a plus
  • Willingness to travel within your assigned zone as needed
