Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Leads and coordinatesoperation of the Project Management department.
- Technical expert ofCTIA/PTCRB/GCF/carrier specific certification programs.
- Ensures compliance tostandards maintain & expand our accreditation scope in alignment with thecompanys strategy e.g. 5G RSE cyber security etc.
- Manage processes &tools used for Project Management (TOM database Salesforce).
- Prioritize projects tomaximize gross margin and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the kickoffcall process with assigned customers.
- Support sales incustomer calls as needed e.g. questions regarding samples/ certificationprocesses
- Assist sales team andcustomer in building accurate scope of work; reviews and approves quotations.
- Maintain list ofaccredited & approved partner labs for subcontracting work.
- Resource planning &supervision of the personnel in his/her area.
- Provides internaltraining for crossfunctional teams.
- Ensures compliance toISO 17025.
- Budget planning andapproval for the Project Management department.
- Understand scope ofcompetitor labs Vs. clients services.
- Perform other relatedtasks and special projects as assigned.
