What Youll Be Doing:
Youll lead our night shift maintenance crew making sure production equipment stays in peak condition and downtime stays low. Your role is critical to plant operationsand your impact will be seen and appreciated daily.
- Lead the Team: Supervise and support maintenance techs
- Keep Things Running: Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems (motors conveyors etc.
- Stay Safe & Sharp: Perform routine inspections and enforce safety protocols
- Collaborate: Work handinhand with the Production team to resolve issues fast
What Were Looking For:
- Leadership Experience: Foreman or team lead background preferred
- Industrial KnowHow: 1 year in industrial maintenance
- HandsOn Skills: Welding fabrication hydraulics pneumatics and electrical big plus
- Reliability: Selfmotivated safetyminded and great at problemsolving
- Physical Readiness: Comfortable with heat/cold lifting and working on your feet

- Mechanical Background: Minimum of 1 year of mechanical experience or equivalent in industrial maintenance or a related field.
