About the role:

As Advisor Editorial & Channels you work closely with corporate and employee communications to deliver modern and engaging communication strategies on Suncorps internal and external platforms.

You will help shape digital communication strategies and projects across multiple platforms with insights and analytics. You will also foster valuable relationships with wider teams in the Brand and Customer Experience teams to support work as required. The successful candidate will be a selfstarter proficient in creative digital communication strategies and analytics.

More specifically you will:

  • Drive engaging digital content strategies on Suncorps internal and external platforms including paid campaigns.
  • Long and short form writing for both internal and external audiences.
  • Take charge of analytics and scheduling tools and projects across multiple platforms endtoend.
  • Provide insightful postrelease assessments on an adhoc and monthly basis to refine future content.
  • Build valuable relationships with the broader Corporate and Employee Communications team and stakeholders and support team projects as required.
  • Help maintain websites and digital channels to adhere to accessibility content branding standards and advise on how to leverage.
  • As required support the delivery of a busy Corporate Affairs program including Executive Communications.
  • You will be a team player who continuously problem solves and understands how to work cross functionally to deliver integrated communications program outcomes.

About You:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent skills and/or relevant industry experience.
  • Agency or other marketing/communications experience.

Key Capabilities:

  • Exceptional writing editing and verbal communications skills and attention to detail.
  • Project management skills with the ability to create and manage a communications schedule prioritise work and deliver to deadlines.
  • Ability to use analytical and problemsolving skills to assess the impacts of changes and plan effective communications activities to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Content Management System (CMS) platform skills to undertake content publishing tasks preferably in SharePoint intranet.
  • Proficiency in core Office software applications such as Microsoft Outlook Word and Excel and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience in creating writing and delivering Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) and with email automation software.
  • Experience in developing bestpractice design for internal and external digital content tracking and monitoring content effectiveness with an excellent understanding and demonstrated experience in accessibility and Google analytics.
  • Proficiency on all social media platforms.
  • Experience measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of communication activities with a focus on outcomes and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills confident to liaise with and influence customer focused outcomes.
