Main Duties And Responsibilities:
- Accurately maintain employee Master Data in HR Systems
- Document administration in relation to employee life cycle events like contracts addenda exits and certificates
- Maintain Personal files in line with legal requirements
- Guide HRSSC and HRBPs on HR Admin subjects
- Train new team members to become fully operational
To Join Our Team You Will Need:
- Min. 3 years of professional experience working for an international organization
- Professional experience gained in human resources preferably in a Shared Services/GBS work environment
- Very good French (min. B2 level) & good English skills
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to work independantly as well as in a team
- Ability to maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality
- Experience in HR knowledge transfer / change management is an asset
- Openess to participate in HR project management
- PC Literate (MS Office and Workday user knowledge will be an asset)
