As a Customer Support Representative youll join our dynamic Customer Support team dedicated to guiding teaching and supporting our customers in using Anagrams innovative platform. Youll be the friendly knowledgeable face of Anagramdelivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with healthcare providers. This role is ideal for a proactive selfstarter who thrives in a collaborative environment. Your contributions will have a direct and meaningful impact on our business and the healthcare providers we serve.

What Were Looking For:

    • 13 years of experience in a customer service or support role
    • A team player with a positive cando attitude
    • Strong communication and active listening skills
    • Excellent problemsolving abilities
    • Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment
    • Patient and empathetic when handling challenging cases
    • Quick to learn and comfortable using a variety of tools including but not limited to: Intercom Slack HubSpot & Google Workspace

What Youll Do:

    • Provide timely accurate and empathetic support to customers via chat and email
    • Understand and identify customer needs guiding them through specific features and functionalities
    • Maintain and update internal knowledge bases and customer records
    • Share updates about new features improvements or processes with customers
    • Collaborate crossfunctionally with other teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

    • Passion for healthcare and improving the patient/provider experience
    • Previous experience at a SaaS company or within a fastgrowing startup
    • Knowledge of Medical Insurance Terminology
