As an Administration Support Daily Organiser you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth daytoday operations of our school. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Coordinating and managing the daily schedule ensuring efficient communication and collaboration among staff students and parents.
2. Maintaining accurate records handling correspondence and facilitating effective communication channels.
3. Providing exceptional customer service to all stakeholders including parents students and staff members.
4. Assisting with various administrative tasks such as data entry filing and report generation.
5. Supporting the schools mission and values by promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
To excel in this role you will need:
Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with a professional and courteous demeanor.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with school administration software.
A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
