The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is currently seeking an Identity and Access Management Senior Manager to join the Boeing Enterprise Security (BES) team and oversee the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Program Management Office (PMO) in Hazelwood MO; Arlington VA; Chicago IL; Mesa AZ; North Charleston SC; Plano TX; or Seattle WA.
Step into a pivotal role as a leader in our IAM organization where you will develop and implement effective IAM strategies policies and procedures while managing our IAM product family. You will oversee critical systems such as credential management Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Active Directory and certificate issuance ensuring they align with organizational goals and compliance standards.
In this key position you will excel in budget management strategic planning and creating comprehensive roadmaps that drive the of all PMO tasks. As a people manager you will guide and mentor your team fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence in identity and access management practices.
Your leadership will be instrumental in developing strategies to detect and prevent identity and accessbased cyber threats and noncompliance establishing a robust global identity fabric. Collaboration with crossfunctional teams will be essential to maintain the security and integrity of digital identities and access controls.
Stay ahead of the curve by keeping current with industry best practices and emerging technologies working closely with vendors to ensure compliance with service level agreements and the effectiveness of IAM security solutions.

Position Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategies policies and procedures for both onpremises and cloudbased solutions
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the security integrity and maintenance of digital identities and access controls
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in IAM
Lead and manage complex IAM projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget
Meet or exceed service management targets for availability and performance of services within your portfolio
Work with vendors to ensure security solutions are current and meet their service level agreements (SLAs)
Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure compliance with security policies and standards
Provide guidance and support to team members fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Provide leadership and strategic direction to a team of IAM professionals
Inspire and motivate crossfunctional interdisciplinary teams to achieve tactical and strategic goals
BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree or higher
3 years of experience with industryleading technologies for Identity Access Management (IAM) single signon and multifactor authentication strategies
3 years of experience developing Identity & Access Management (IAM) software solutions
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology a related field or relevant experience
Experience with credential management PKI Active Directory and certificate issuance
Experience with IAM concepts technologies and industry standards (e.g. access controls user security policies access authentication methods)
Experience with analytical and problemsolving skills
Experience with communication and interpersonal skills
