Vacancy: MANAGING DIRECTOR MORTGAGE SERVICES Residential Lettings Agency
Location: Croydon CR0
Salary: OTE 80k
Position: Permanent Full Time
Our client is seeking a talented qualified and experienced Managing Director to lead and drive the team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of a growing business.
As Managing Director you will be responsible for overseeing all business operations providing strategic leadership and ensuring that the company continues to grow and deliver exceptional service.
You will play a pivotal role in driving the business towards achieving its performance targets while maintaining strong relationships with clients lenders and colleagues. Additionally you will ensure that all regulatory requirements particularly FCA regulations are met and that the business remains compliant in all of its operations.
This role will also require you to mentor and develop a team of dedicated professionals fostering a culture of growth innovation and excellence.
Skills required for this Managing Director (Mortgage Services) role will include:
- CeMAP (or equivalent) Qualified
- Full understanding of the Mortgage & Protection Markets
- Ability to motivate and develop a team
- Solid knowledge of compliance and FCA regulations.
- The ability to build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
