Job Description
Experience & Requirements
- Excellent communication time management and organizational skills
- High school graduate or equivalent
- One 1 year experience in a health care environment.
- Subject to initial and ongoing security clearance requirements.
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) through American Heart Association of American Red Cross
A background check security clearance and drug screening are required for this role.

Responsibilities
Below is a list of your responsibilities as an Intake Coordinatorwith YesCareat our location on 7901 State Road.
- This is position is 7a7p
- Manages daily processes related to the collection and documentation of patient appointment refusals
- Conducts hourly rounds of intake area to monitor patient flow in services areas and report barriers to site leaders and custody staff.
- Assists in collecting and managing data related to access to care initiatives as assigned
- Ensures appropriate security measures are followed as outlined by the facility and necessary data is tracked.
