Pay:$20.00$21.50/hour

We are looking for an outstanding employee who is looking to grow their career with Securitas. As a Training and Onboarding Specialist you will use your skills and security knowledge to attract and retain quality officers. This position interacts with job candidates and potential applicants using various sourcing methods. This is an opportunity to showcase the importance of security and how a career can be made in this exciting & growing industry.
Some responsibilities may include:
- Conducting New Hire Orientation and Training
- Maintaining personnel files
- Various HR/Administrative duties
- District Manager Support

Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have reliable means of communication & transportation
- Must have the legal right to work in the USA
- Must have the ability to read speak and write English
- Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D
- Knowledge of HRIS systems Microsoft Office Smartsheet and Outlook a plus!
- Must be willing to participate in the Companys preemployment screening process including drug and background
- Experience conducting Orientation and/or Trainings
Note: All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
