Level Manager

Experience 810 years including at least 4 years of solid experience in employee investigations labour compliances domain

Role Employee Investigations & HR Compliance Manager: We are looking for a HR professional who would be responsible for daytoday management of ER cases run the employee investigations overall governance and labour compliances. The job will include elements of both strategy and including but not limited to:



  • Work with ER lead to advise on employee relations matters including grievances investigations disciplinary action counselling and terminations.
  • Point of contact for Human Capital team and guide them in conducting routine investigations.
  • .
  • Manage employee investigations including matters involving employment law and grievance redressal
  • Coordinate liaise with other stakeholders such as Ethics and Legal teams related to employee matters policies compliances and controls.
  • Oversee HR control systems and improve them continuously.
  • I Implement firm HR policies to ensure they are globally consistent locally compliant and adhere to our values and code of conduct.
  • Work with ER lead to streamline internal process HR control systems and improve them continuously.
  • Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the firm as well as evolving best practices in compliance control.
