Job Description

We are seeking an Aerial Ground Hand to join our team in the San Antonio TX area. In this role you will install and/or repair aerial cable tv (CTV) coaxial and fiber cable as well as place relocate and remove poles lines open wire drops and block wires.

The Role
- Install and/or repair aerial cable tv (CTV) coaxial and fiber cable
- Place relocate and remove poles lines open wire drops and block wires to maintain efficient operation of the customers facilities
- Set up safety perimeter using signage cones and safety barriers
- Direct traffic in accordance with local Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines as necessary
- Complete additional tasks such as underground work as needed
- Strive to provide the best customer experience every day
- Other duties as assigned
- Ability to travel daily open to a variety of schedules participate in oncall evenings and weekends as needed
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with multiple priorities
- Ability to lift and carry 70lbs consistently
- Ability to complete tasks with small components and wires
- Ability to complete work outdoors in tight spaces and elevated by bending reaching twisting climbing and working while standing up to 70 of the time
- Ability to safely work and navigate various terrains managing equipment safety equipment and tools
- Must provide a valid governmentissued photo ID for verification; a drivers license is required if the role involves driving
- Passing of all preemployment requirements (MVR Background Check Drug Screen)
