Job Description
EASTCONN is recruiting for Summer Student Support Specialist II 5 positions) for the anticipated 2025 Extended School Year Program held at the Educational and Vocational Center (EVC) in Columbia CT from July 1st July 31st Monday Thursday 19 days; 6.0 hrs/day; 4 days/week)
Required Qualifications:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Experience: Employment as a Student Support Specialist II or comparable position.
Or: Combination of education and experience that is a substantial equivalent to the above education and experience.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Physical Management Techniques (PMT) certification.
2. Certification in First Aid and CPR.
