Job Description
We are looking for hardworking and reliable Spray Foam Laborers to join our team. This
entrylevel position offers the opportunity to learn and grow within the industry. Experience with
spray foam application and basic painting skills is preferred while auto painting experience is a
plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with spray foam insulation application for residential commercial or industrial
projects
Support the team with preparation and cleanup of job sites
Perform basic painting tasks as required
Follow safety guidelines and ensure a safe work environment
Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
Work collaboratively with the team to complete tasks efficiently
Qualifications:
Experience with spray foam insulation
Basic painting skills is a plus
Auto painting experience is a plus
Ability to perform physical labor including lifting and working in varying conditions
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Reliable punctual and able to work well with a team
Comfortable working outside
