Job Description
Position Summary:
The Project Coordinator will support the daytoday operations of the PXO team ensuring smooth project and workflow management. This role is essential in facilitating creative project coordination managing intake processes tracking timelines and supporting project managers to keep work moving efficiently. The Project Coordinator will partner with stakeholders across creative marketing and business teams to remove roadblocks and maintain alignment on priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in project intake scheduling and tracking to ensure smooth project .
- Support project managers in capacity planning and resource balancing.
- Facilitate partner review and approval workflows to keep projects on schedule.
- Maintain timelines and deliverables proactively flagging risks or delays.
- Coordinate crossfunctional collaboration ensuring stakeholders stay informed and aligned.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance team efficiency and productivity.

Minimum Requirement/Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Operations Management or Communications).
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of project coordination experience in a creative marketing or agency environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile Scrum Kanban etc..
- Experience working crossfunctionally with marketing creative and business teams.
- Ability to problemsolve and anticipate challenges before they impact workflow.
- 1 years experience as a user or other similar project management platform familiarity with Workfront is a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft applications
- Proficiency in English

Knowledge Skills Abilities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and remote talent.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Experience working with crossfunctional teams.
- Familiarity with project management and tools (e.g. Workfront Asana Jira) and experience using them to manage projects and tasks.
- Highly organized and proactive.
