How Will You Make an Impact

You as a Senior Manager of Commercial Excellence in our CMD Sales Operations team will plan and lead programs to improve regional performance sales effectiveness and enablement initiatives. You will collaborate with regional leaders in Commercial Finance Marketing and Customer Care to establish and implement the regional strategy.

What will you do

  • Preside over regional sales performance & targets: Monitor performance facilitate regular reviews and define required activities to achieve success.

  • Lead regional initiatives and action plans to address performance gaps and achieve targets. Collaborate with Marketing Commercial Finance and Customer Care leaders for alignment.

  • Support regional strategy & activation plans: Partner with Sales Marketing and BU leaders in development of A3s and tactics to deliver growth & business objectives.

  • Define lead and run regional A3s to drive sales initiatives and growth programs.

  • Drive SFE Adoption & Enablement of all tools training and programs: Define and implement adoption programs in region ensuring effective use of training tools processes etc.

  • Perform as subject matter authority in all SFE related processes (e.g. Funnel management Lead management Mobility) and platforms (e.g. SFDC Quoting Sales Enablement CRMA reporting).

  • In the region communicate and raise awareness of ongoing programs training tools updates etc. Ensure a clear understanding of regional requirements and convey them to the wider team.

  • Partner with colleagues to support the regional SFE strategy and drive commercial adoption.

  • Support delivery of training material as needed.

  • Support and run all regional mechanisms enabling delivery of regional objectives big deal reviews monthly critical metric reviews monthly DM meetings etc.

How will you get there

Education

Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience required

PMP or equivalent Project Management Certification a plus

Experience

  • Minimum 7 years relevant shown experience in related industry ideally at least 3 years leading projects and teams.

  • Minimum 3 years of Commercial experience.

  • Outstanding leadership organizational planning process development and analytical skills.

  • High proficiency using MS Office Sales systems (SFDC Quoting etc) and Reporting systems (Power BI CRMA etc..

  • Experience leading global crossfunctional programs; Ability to lead multiple projects at the same time.

  • PPI/Process Improvement experience or certification.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communicator; exceptional relationship builder. Proficient in English.

  • Well organized with ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Effective at influencing and leading without direct authority.

  • Strong customer facing experience.

  • Consistent record in leading motivating and developing others.
