The Opportunity
We are currently looking for skilled Product Support Advisorsto join our team based at various Fortescue sites in Western Australia.
Duties Include
- Inspect products and/or materials for conformity
- Read and interpret engineering drawings technical specifications and manuals and make recommendations to internal and external customers
- Maintain overhaul and test components as required
- Diagnostic analysis on Liebherr electrical mechanical and hydraulic systems
- Running adjustments to plant and equipment
Qualification and Experience
- Relevant qualification plus at least 2 years of relevant experience OR at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Liebherr Hydraulic Excavator experience essential (R9800 and R9400 highly desirable)
- D9812 engine experience desirable
- Proven track record of highlevel customer support
- Customer focused great attention to detail and highlevel problemsolving skills
- Current drivers licence (C class minimum)
- High Risk Licence LF DG EWP and WAH
