Job Description
This is a remote position.
Role: Trade Support Analyst
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 6 months (possible extensions)

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage our financial transaction data exchange and automate trade workflows. This role involves standardizing our FIX protocol processes ensuring real-time data flow and improving our compliance capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- FIX Protocol Management: Translate FIX messages manage/enhance existing FIX handler connections and standardize message processing.
- Process Automation: Lead efforts to automate trade reconciliation streamline manual processes and implement an automated Drop Copy product.
- Data Transmission: Ensure real-time trade information is sent to third parties for reconciliation monitoring and compliance.
- Collaboration: Work with teams to align strategies and resolve issues related to FIX and data discrepancies.
Required Skills & Experience
- FIX Protocol: Strong experience with FIX protocol message types and session management. Experience with FIX engine development and technologies.
- Reconciliation: Hands-on experience with automated reconciliation platforms especially Drop Copy.
- Process Improvement: Proven ability to simplify and automate financial processes.
- Financial Knowledge: Understanding of trade lifecycles data attributes and compliance.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical skills to identify and solve data-related issues.
