This is a dynamic opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to drive impactful change across financial systems and business operations within a highvolume highimpact retail environment. You will play a key role in bridging business needs and technical driving the analysis and delivery of robust scalable and innovative financial solutions.
In this role youll engage across teams influence decisionmaking and contribute to the continuous enhancement of core systems that enable financial services across millions of customers.

Responsibilities:
- Lead endtoend business analysis planning stakeholder engagement and project scoping for financerelated systems.
- Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements align expectations and drive consensus.
- Analyse source systems accounting structures rules and calculation logic to inform solution designs.
- Document structure and validate business and functional requirements for development teams.
- Collaborate with delivery and QA teams throughout the SDLC to ensure timely and accurate implementation.
- Conduct impact assessments define constraints and risks and ensure solutions align with the broader business architecture.
- Support solution validation by aligning test cases to requirements and ensuring readiness for deployment.
- Propose new capabilities and enhancements aligned to the evolving needs of the business.
Requirements:
MustHaves:
- Tertiary qualification 3year degree/diploma) in a relevant technical financial or analytical field.
- Diploma in Business Analysis (e.g. FTI) or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 years experience as a Business Analyst within a formal SDLC or projectbased environment.
- Indepth understanding of finance operations accounting logic and data structures.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
NicetoHaves:
- Experience in consumer lending or payments environments.
- Proficiency in SQL for data validation and analysis.
- Ability to model requirements through diagrams matrices and conceptual frameworks.
- Exposure to enterprisescale finance systems within a retail environment.
