Position Summary: The Special Education Administrative Partner serves as the primary pointof contact for principals on all matters related to Special Education. This role is essential inensuring compliance effective program implementation and support for students withdisabilities. The Special Education Partner collaborates closely with school leaders teachersand district staff to promote inclusive practices federal compliance and enhance theeducational experience for students receiving special education services.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelors degree required
Masters degree in Special Education or School Administration preferred
Experience:
Three 3 years successful experience working with students in special education
Successful school or district administrative experience preferred
Specialized Knowledge Licenses Etc.:
Possess or ability to obtain and maintain a valid Oklahoma administrator certificaterequired and teaching certificate in Special Education preferred
In depth knowledge of special education laws regulations and best practices
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite
Proficiency in using data to drive decisions and program improvements
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
