We are pleased to announce that we are seeking qualified applicants for a Nutrition Services Warehouse & Operations Lead positionwith our Nutrition Services Department teamat the Redmond School District Office. JOB SUMMARY
The Nutrition Services Warehouse and Operations Lead is responsible for all aspects of purchasing and procurement for the Department directs and coordinates the operations and activities of the Nutrition Services Warehouses and the Nutrition Services Courier. In close coordination with the Food Program Coordinator and Director the position is responsible for the provisioning of food and equipment for school breakfast lunch summer afterschool and special functions. This position develops and implements efficiencies in distribution and product/equipment transfers between warehouses and service sites. Extensive use of perpetual warehouse systems including inventory applications online purchasing procedures and USDA commodity ordering for the Child Nutrition Program. This position is also responsible for distribution program logistics implementation and daily operational challenges including equipment repairs and replacement.
