Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Salary: Up to 30000 FullTime Hours

Do you have a passion for shaping young minds and providing exceptional care Our client is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their supportive and nurturing team. In this role youll be part of an environment where children thrive building confidence independence and a love for learning.

The nursery is a bright and spacious setting with a wonderful garden that offers children the chance to explore and enjoy outdoor adventures throughout the year.

What Youll Bring

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting.
  • Passion for early childhood education and creating a nurturing learning environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • A teamoriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding practices and childcare regulations.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Delivering Exceptional Care: Provide highquality care and education for children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Planning Engaging Activities: Design and implement activities that foster childrens development creativity and independence.
  • Observing Growth: Monitor and assess childrens progress identifying any areas for additional support and tailoring learning experiences to individual needs.
  • Maintaining Standards: Ensure the nursery environment is clean safe and wellorganized adhering to all safeguarding and health and safety guidelines.
  • Building Relationships: Collaborate with families supporting their role in their childs learning journey and providing regular updates on progress.
