Position: Service Management Training Coordinator

Location:London

Starting Salary:28000

Application Requirements:

  • 2:1 degree in a technical IT based subject.
  • Previous experience creating training/video documents.
  • Proficiency in animation/video editing software (e.g. Final Cut Pro Camtasia Storyline 360 Rise Powtoon Canva ServiceNow or Adobe products) would be an advantage.
  • Ability to work on site 5 days a week.
  • Right to work in the UK unsponsored for the duration of the programme.

Overview of role:
Were looking for a Service Management Training Coordinator to develop and deliver engaging educational materials for Service Management processes across the organisation. Youll create training content facilitate webinars and collaborate with teams to ensure effective learning experiences that align with business goals. This role is ideal for someone passionate about Service Management with a strong understanding of ITIL and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.

2:1 Undergraduate Degree:An undergraduate degree with a minimum 2:1 especially in a technical field like Computer Science Information Technology or Business Information Systems.

Technical Knowledge:We hugely value a solid foundation in technical concepts. You will ideally have a good understanding of Service Management frameworks such as ITIL SAFe and their application in realworld business scenarios. Proficiency in animation/video editing software would be an added bonus (e.g. ServiceNow Final Cut Pro Camtasia Storyline 360 Rise Powtoon Canva or Adobe products).
