The Manager Corporate Facilities is responsible for overseeing the daily repairs preventative maintenance and facility infrastructure of World Pacs warehouses and offices. This role ensures a safe efficient and wellmaintained work environment while managing vendor relationships budgets and facilityrelated projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management leadership experience and the ability to drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daytoday facility operations including building repairs preventative maintenance security and business continuity planning.
Develop and manage facility budgets ensuring costeffective solutions and operational efficiency.
Lead external vendors to ensure high standards of service and maintenance.
Implement and maintain policies for preventative maintenance safety security and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate facilityrelated projects including renovations expansions and system upgrades.
Establish preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of equipment and infrastructure.
Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships for services such as cleaning security HVAC and landscaping.
Partner with EHS leader to ensure compliance with local state and federal regulations related to building operations and workplace safety.
Support sustainability initiatives and energyefficient practices within corporate facilities.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize office layouts and workspace utilization.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Facility Management Business Administration or a related field preferred.
5 years of experience in facility management corporate real estate or related fields.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Knowledge of building codes safety regulations and compliance standards.
Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or equivalent industry certification.
Experience with sustainability initiatives and energy management.
Background in managing corporate office environments and multisite facilities.
