Behavioral Health Consultant (LCSW)
A Behavioral Health Consultant is needed in St. Louis Missouri.
St. Louis is a vibrant metro known for its history food scene and communityfocused neighborhoods. This opportunity is with a governmentfunded missiondriven community health center providing integrated care to underserved populations.
Salary and Benefits
- $65000 $90000 based on experience
- Student loan repayment up to $110000

Responsibilities
- Fulltime onsite position
- Outpatient setting embedded within a primary care clinic
- 4.5 days of clinical work 0.5 day admin time
- Integrated model consultant role no individual caseload
- Work alongside providers to address behavioral health needs in real time
- Collaborate with physicians nurses and care teams to support patients of all ages
- Engage in problemsolving and care coordination during medical visits
- Use critical thinking to navigate highpressure situations and support diverse patient needs
- EMR: EPIC
Requirements
- Masters degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Active LCSW license in Missouri
- Minimum 2 years of experience preferred; 8 years ideal
- Experience in integrated or fastpaced settings strongly preferred
- Must be a selfstarter quick thinker and strong communicator
