About the role

Were seeking a highly skilled Senior Scheme Sustainability Analyst to join our Performance Risk & Strategy division. In this role you will develop proactive analysis reporting and monitoring to support the Actuarial team with a focus on actuarial valuation and scheme sustainability performance.

You will provide data deepdive analysis and reporting to enable the team and wider business to understand and shape decisions regarding actuarial valuation and scheme sustainability performance.

About the Team

The Performance Risk and Strategy division ensures that the TACs strategic direction and associated programs of work are designed to achieve ambitious but achievable performance goals and targets. This division oversees and manages Actuarial Performance Analytics and Insights Business Intelligence Enterprise Risk Management and Strategy functions.

What were looking for

Highly developed analytical expertise

Proven experience in a senior analytical role providing actuarial or organisational performance analysis and reporting. Highly developed data and analytical skills with extensive experience in software and coding SAS/SQL is essential.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate data and analytical concepts with all levels of stakeholder.

Technical Expertise

Experience with visualisation tools such as Qlik PowerBI Python and other software as well as the full Microsoft Office suite.
