Job Description
At MGBA our team is dedicated to creating exceptional spaces through innovation collaboration and expertise. With a focus on meeting client needs we craft unique solutions across diverse architectural and design projects. Based in Vancouver our fullservice Architecture and Interior Design firm boasts a nationwide presence serving the hospitality mixeduse residential retail commercial industrial and institutional markets across Canada.
This Architectural Technologist opportunity will be hybrid working out of downtown Toronto and focused on working with our Ontario based team.
Applications accepted until April 30 2025. First interviews to start beginning of May with candidates of interest.
Each member of our dynamic team has the opportunity to take part and contribute to all aspects of project delivery allowing for continual growth and change.
As an Architectural Technologist your responsibilities will include:
- Drawing production
- Consultant coordination
- Construction administration
You are able to demonstrate:
- Initiative attention to detail and followthrough
- Excellent time management and strong organizational skills
- An ability to work independently and as a member of a larger team
- An interest in growing your skills and responsibilities
You must be:
- Proficient with AutoCAD Revit and Microsoft Office
You must have:
- Graduated from a recognized Canadian program (e.g. BCIT NAIT SAIT George Brown Other)
- Registered or eligible to be registered with the AIBC/OAA
- Experience in the production of complete working drawing packages an asset
- Professional Canadian work experience preferred
