Job Description:
The Inventory Planning/Control Specialist works as part of a dynamic team to manage overall stock levels within our main thirdparty logistic partners to ensure customer orders are able to be fulfilled. This includes managing physical stock levels in different formats conversion operations and various packaging elements in our warehouses.
What are we looking for
- First experience in Supply Chain including experience in inventory management or materials planning roles
- FMCG experience is preferred
- First Project Management experience
- Planning systems functional knowledge
- High level of communication and customer service to build relationships and solve problems
What will be your key responsibilities
- Ensures adequate stock levels in different formats to fulfil customer orders
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and be the expert in solving inventory issues and providing key analytical data and information
- Actively manage inventory reporting
- Track inventory performance (KPI targets vs actual) and identify improvement opportunities
