QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma with training and relevant experience in food service preferably in a K12 setting. Must be able to meet all school nutrition program requirements including largescale food production preparation and service. ServSafe Sanitation Certification is required or the ability to obtain certification within 60 days of hire (training provided by the employer). Experience in food service and delivering quality customer service is essential. Cashier experience is a plus. Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds and perform tasks that involve bending stooping and standing for extended EVALUATION: The food service Floating cafeteria assistant shall be evaluated STATUS: Government Employees Union IUPE Local 4REPORTS TO: Food Service Unit Managers under the direction of the Director of Food Services.
