Anaplan is looking for a tenacious Senior Director for EMEA Renewals to join our team. This is a stellar opportunity to get involved in a highly visible largescale SaaS cloud company. Your Impact
  • Lead the EMEA team with a portfolio of renewals ensuring successful ontime of renewal processes and contract completion.
  • Work directly withAnaplan customersthroughvideo calls emails phone and inperson meetings(when possible) to support the renewal cycle.
  • Partner withCustomer Success and Sales teamsto ensure a seamless renewal experience particularly in cases involvingexpansion or addon opportunities.
  • Negotiate renewal termseffectively ensuring customer retention while balancing business objectives.
  • Manage thecommercial aspects of customer transitionsfromlegacy Anaplan productstonewer offerings optimising customer utilisation.
  • Address customer and internal inquiriesregarding renewals pricing and contract terms.
  • Review interpret and confirmcontract terms and conditions working closely withFinance Deal Desk and Legal teamsto ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Processstandard and complex renewal quotes autorenewal notices and ordersusingSalesforce CRM.
  • Maintain anaccurate 180day rolling forecast of renewalsin your assigned territory.
  • Archive andmaintain all renewalrelated documentationfor compliance and reference.
  • Resolve issues proactivelyby researching solutions and consulting with internal teams.
Your Qualifications
  • ACustomer First mindsetwith a strong focus on retention and satisfaction.
  • 10 years of Leadership in a SaaS renewals sales customer success or account management experience preferably in an Enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Strongnegotiation skillswith experience handlingcomplex renewals and contract discussions.
  • A solid understanding ofdeal structuring pricing and contracting; familiarity withbasic revenue recognition policiesis a plus.
  • The ability to quicklygrasp Anaplans Consolidation solutionsand articulate their value to customers.
  • A resultsdriven mindset with strongorganization prioritization and problemsolving skills.
