Birmingham City University is expanding its EDI Unit to introduce two Project Implementation Leads who will spearhead initiatives aimed at tackling inequality and creating positive outcomes for both students and staff.
In this role you will drive key EDI priorities; closing the degree awarding gaps reducing gender and ethnicity pay gaps and fostering inclusive cultures where everyone feels valued respected and safe. You will focus on planning developing implementing and evaluating initiatives that improve organisational performance across various metrics.

The appointed candidate will normally be employed through our subsidiary company BCU Support Services Limited a wholly owned subsidiary of Birmingham City University. Appointees with prior LGPS membership who wish to enter the LGPS scheme will be able to do so and will be employed by Birmingham City University directly.
