Job Description:
The Education & Training Media Coordinator Intern is responsible for promoting and contributing to the Leave Your Mark Training program. The intern will be expected to prepare & teach multiculturalrelated educational lessons to promote cultural humility & awareness on the Baylor campus. They will be working directly with other facilitators supervisors and students who participate in the trainings. Interns will research plan and draft these seminars as well as review them with fellow colleagues & supervisors. Manage audiovisual editing for biweekly podcasts capture video and photography for Heritage Months and independently organize special luncheons. The intern must have a zeal for leadership an educational mindset have public speaking skills professional communication & writing skills remain focused and preferably experience with video/audio editing programs.
Learning Outcomes: Provide hands on experience in education program development and maintenance as well as continuous feedback and reflection on leadership development. The intern will cultivate a deeper sense of empathy and cultural sensitivity ensuring that training programs are respectful of all cultural backgrounds and experiences while taking the initiative in promoting training opportunities and advocating for all students voices and perspectives within the campus community.
Required hard / specialized skills: Computer skills: Word Excel PowerPoint Prezi Premier Pro and Canva/Photoshop is a plus.

Attend weekly facilitator meetings and uphold professional development hours (attending other Multicultural Affairs events)
Job Requirements:
Assist with marketing and advertising
Attend Leave Your Mark committee meetings as scheduled per semester
Collaborating with campus partners and student organizations to advocate for the Leave Your Mark Program while supporting Student Lifes efforts to promote a caring Christian environment
Editing the Cub Talk podcast in both video & audio form as well as uploading it to share with the rest of the department of Multicultural Affairs.
Collaborate with team members to create compelling and informative multimedia content (audio video).
Edit audio and video recordings to ensure content is polished professional and aligns with organizational standards.
Maintain a content library of training materials podcasts and event recordings.
Assist in the development and delivery of workshops training and seminars.
