Staff Salesforce Developer

This position is primarily remote with occasional visits to a local office or our corporate headquarters for teambuilding training and collaborative project work. These onsite sessions are designed to strengthen connections share insights and ensure a seamless experience for our team and customers. Equipment pickup from a local branch will be required. We will provide advance notice whenever onsite attendance is required making these times purposeful and rewarding.

This position reports to our Lehi UT office. May telecommute. Salary offered: $190000/ year.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the design and implementation of scalable solutions.
• Design develop refactor and enhance Salesforce applications.
• Collaboratively work with architects engineers and vendors to realize the total product vision as a comprehensive worldclass solution.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers reviewing code and offering mentorship.
• Architect and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex Visualforce Lightning Components and other Salesforce technologies.
• Design and optimize data models workflows and security configurations within Salesforce.
• Drive best practices for Salesforce development including code reviews unit testing and continuous integration.
• Write and maintain automated test scripts as appropriate.
• Create and follow processes and procedures to ensure maintainable application development including source code management automated build processes and appropriate documentation.
• Refactor complex integrations to simpler frameworks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Computer Science IT or Software Engineering &
• 5 years of experience as a Software Developer performing Salesforce Development.
• Must include at least 1 year of experience with Copado or similar CI/CD tool; integrating large systems and custom products; using Agile SCRUM; AEM implementations; using SDLC methodologies; interface architecture experience with onpremise/ SaaS packaged solutions for ERP CRM eCommerce or mobile; developing custom applications in Salesforce and extended Salesforce CRM offerings; and developing SMS functionality.
