Salary: $13/HR Incentives and Program Perks!

What you will be doing:

  • Answering inbound phone calls regarding a customers account
  • Making outbound calls to follow up on customers when necessary
  • Maintaining composure in escalated situations
  • Building customer relationships earning their loyalty and trust.
  • Operating accurately & efficiently in a fast paced environment
  • Handling multiple responsibilities at one time
  • Qualified candidates will be comfortable in a multitasking highenergy environment.
  • They will be creative and analytical problem solvers with a passion for excellent customer service
  • Smiling as you speak with our customers our customers can hear the smile

What skills you will need:

  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance including the daily schedule as assigned
  • 1 year of call center or customer service experience
  • Flexible with the working schedule; may be expected to work weekends holidays and events
  • Computer proficiency with applications
  • Confidence in your self motivation techniques
  • Eighteen 18 years of age or older on or before hire date
  • Minimum education of a High School diploma or GED
  • Professional appearance and conduct
