Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Identifyvaluable IP that could be of interest to Epic Games which SPE seeks to maximize. Clarify the rights SPE holds to this IP and explore potential opportunities for its use
- Facilitate and lead senior executive meeting/s with senior executives at Epic Games to discuss potential IP offerings and opportunities
- Identify and define key terms and structure of a commercial deal with Epic Games to exploit the identified IP
- Identify at a high level potential opportunities for expanding or extending the deal or deal structure to other gaming and interactivebased entertainment entities
